EPO, Rijswijk Terug naar overzicht

SmitsRinsma has been asked to draw up the technical conditions for de maintenance work and related services for all internal and external green and garden
areas/facilities of the EPO (European Patent Office) premises in Rijswijk for the period 2017 and beyond.
In addition to the maintenance of the existing terrain and roof gardens the maintenance of the internal greens en gardens of the New Main building (27 floors high) will also be included in the contract.

The interior landscaping includes the execution and maintenance of green facades, moss panels, planters and the maintenance of tropical and mediterranean gardens.

In 2005 SmitsRinsma also wrote the maintenance contract for the green areas and roof gardens.

Information regarding the tender will solely be provided by the EPO.
